SETTING OURSELVES APART

In a fast paced world with technology all around us, sometimes different companies can seem very similiar on the surface.  In the mortgage industry many internet lead based organizations have developed over the last decade.  In this regard First Omni is very similiar to companies in the region and across the nation.  However, once you look deeper into our culture, core values, and overall performance of First Omni, you will find that we strive to set ourselves apart both as an employer and as a top performing lending institution.

One of the top priorities of the company is to create a comfortable and enjoyable corporate culture. Each employee has important job roles to handle and we want everyone to enjoy their time spent while on the job. Many work related programs involve exciting incentives geared toward offsite activities such as sporting events, IMAX movies, and even an occasional paintball tournament.
